Patients are seen by appointment only during office hours.  If you must cancel or modify your

appointment, please call our office and speak with a patient services representative.

Our office hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00a.m. to noon on Friday. 

Our office is located on the first floor of the Physician’s Plaza, which is attached to Methodist Medical Center.

Our strict patient confidentiality code requires authorization from the patient in order to release any information, even to a family member.
