| Dr. Metcalf received his B.A. from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health and Sciences in Memphis, where he also completed an Ob-Gyn residency. He is board certified and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He joined OB/GYN Associates of Oak Ridge in 1981. He is married with two children. |

Lalita Krishnan received her medical degree from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, India. She completed her residency in OBGYN from Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She has been in Oak Ridge since 1979 and with OBGYN Associates since 1987. She is board certified in OBGYN and is a member of American Association of Gynecology and Laparoscopists. She has special interests in laparoscopy and incontinence, and is married with two children. |

Received BS in Zoology at Oklahoma State University in 1980. Medical degree in 1984 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Completed residency in 1989 at Oklahoma University College of Medicine, doing two years of general surgery and three years of OB/GYN. In 1989, started a private practice with OB/GYN Associates of Oak Ridge. Member of Fellow of American College of OB/GYN AND Fellow American College of Surgeons. Member of several professional organizations. Special interest in vaginal surgery. Outside interests include golf, travel, and aviation. Married with two children, Matthew and Megan.

| Dr. Sances is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she received a B.A. in Mathematics. She received her medical degree from East Tennessee State University. She completed her Ob-Gyn residency training in Lexington, Ky. Dr. Sances is board certified in Ob-Gyn. She is a member of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Sances joined Ob-Gyn Associates of Oak Ridge in 2000. She is married with two children. |

Dr. Carter earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1971 and his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1979. He completed OB-GYN residency with special training in stress urinary incontinence surgery at Kansas University Medical Center in 1983. He was the first Tennessee physician to be certified for hysteroscopic tubal sterilization (incisionless) in 2003. Special interests include pelvic prolapse surgery as well as stress urinary incontinence evaluation and treatment. He has practiced in Oak Ridge since 1991 and is married with one daughter. He is board certified and a member of ACOG.

Dr. Hayes is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she received a BS in Biology and a BA in Spanish in 2002. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in 2006. She completed her OB-GYN residency training in 2010 at the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Special interests include laparoscopy and minimally invasive surgery. She is a member of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Hayes is very excited to be joining the Oak Ridge community.

Regina has been in women’s health nursing for over 12 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1995 from East Tennessee State University. After working as a registered nurse in obstetrics and gynecology for over nine years, she completed a Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2004 from the University of Tennessee. She is certified by NCC as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and is also a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health.

Angie has been a Physician Assistant for 10 years. She received a B.S. in Exercise Science from U.T. Chattanooga in 1996 with an emphasis on Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab. She completed her B.S. Physician Assistant Degree in August 1999 from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. She has been working the last nine years in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care and Family Practice. She joined our practice in September 2009. She is eager to expand her knowledge in obstetrics and gyencology. She lives in Knoxville. She is married to Bruce and has three boys; Peyton, Jackson and Conner.

Kaycie became a registered Radiologic Technologist in 2003 with the HRRT. She continued to complete Ultrasound training and became a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with the ARDMS in 2004. She has been performing routine sonography for the past 5 years. She spent 2 years specializing in high-risk OB before switching to general women's health in 2007. She now specializes in OB/GYN & 3D/4D sonography.
