Our medical support staff is available to assist you with medication refills. We do not want you to run out of your medication.

You may either use our telephone system or fax your request.  We cannot accept medication request through the internet. We are sorry for any inconvienence this may cause, but your safety and care is our main concern.  

Please provide all neccessary information (name of drug, dosage, pharmacy, etc.) Any missing information may cause a delay in re-filling your prescription. Please allow 1 business day for your prescription to be filled.

If your request is for pain medication, you must make an appointment. Our physicians do not re-fill pain medication without being seen in the office.
